How do I get the weeds?
Those that when I run out of energy I can take eg 5 germs of 100 energies.

There are no weeds as far as I know in Sunny House - are you looking at the right game? (Besides quests that ask you for gardening tools in order to clear out weeds)
You can get energy orbs from energy chests which is available daily from the shop and purchase able via coins and can merge them to max lvl which gives 100 energy
You can also sometimes get 100 energy if you send/receive gifts a lot with friends
