Last Updated:

In League of Pantheons, there are a variety of ways in order to make your heroes stronger. You can increase their levels to gain better stats, advance them to reach higher level caps, and even increase their star ratings to reach their maximum potential level.

Aside from increasing their levels, one of the ways you can make your heroes stronger is by providing them with equipment. In this page, we’ll be checking out the Smithy, which is a facility that you can use in order to craft a variety of items. Let’s check what you can expect through this feature.

What is the Smithy?

So, what exactly is the Smithy in League of Pantheons? As the name implies, this is a place that you can use in the main city in order for you to create items that can help your heroes. When starting out your journey, you can provide your heroes with gear that you can acquire from your fight rewards. Gear can also be obtained from blitz rewards as well.

These items can fill up your inventory, so you might be wondering what you can do with them. The Smithy is a place for you to forge your gear in order to get better ones in terms of rarity. This will provide you with higher stats that is crucial as you reach later stages.

You’ll also gain access to craft runes; these are items that are available for your heroes to equip once they reach level 100. 5 Star heroes can max out at this level, and soon enough you’ll need to use the star up system in order to reach higher levels.

Gear Forging

The first feature that you can use is Gear Forging. In this tab, you can combine multiple equipment of a specific rarity, this will then provide you with gear that’s better in stats. For example, you can combine 3 common items to get a 1-star rare item, and then you’ll combine multiple 1-star items in order to get a 2-star. As you craft more gear, the requirements will increase as well.

In terms of end-game gear, you can forge 6-star equipment which requires 5 pieces of 5-star equipment. You can craft gear into weapons, clothing, helm, and boots. Higher rarity equipment will provide you with set effects as well which will boost your stats further.

Being able to acquire a full set of equipment will take time, since you have up to 5 heroes as well in your party. You’ll be able to check if you can craft gear once there’s a red dot on their icons. This means that you have the materials available for creating them.

Rune Crafting

Aside from equipment, runes are items that can provide significant boosts for your heroes. Runes can increase specific stats such as Atk, Hp, Defense, etc. Once you use the rune crafting feature, you’ll be combining 5 types of runes of similar rarity, and you’ll get a new rune of the next rarity at a certain success rate.

This will cost you gold, and as you increase the rarities of the runes you craft, the success rate will start to lower slowly. Later on, you can acquire runes that have specific skills in order to aid you in battle. You can use the skill preview icon to see skills of the following categories: Novice, Adept, and Expert.

Crafting your gear as well as your runes will take time, so make sure to check the Smithy out once you have enough equipment saved up along your journeys. As you keep on crafting, you’ll eventually be able to get that 6-Star item that will definitely help in boosting your stats.
