It’s addicting. I enjoy playing it; however, the major con is the $6 weekly charge and how fast your energy points are drained by having so many obstacles placed in your way. Also the lack of adequate tools which only allow for limited work.

Not sure yet. It’s hard to play without friends or neighbors and I don’t see any possibility in the app to add some.
