Why are some rooms not being cleaned by staff? There are enough people and plenty of time, they walk right past unclean rooms to sit in staff room everyday

It’s not a bug. They want it like that so you watch ads. It’s how they can make profit.

This does happen to me, but just restart the app and it should work fine again. It worked for me.

There are upgrades you can do within housekeeping that allow the staff to clean rooms faster. A combination of hiring more staff and upgrading the cleaning equipment should allow you to keep up with the dirty rooms. But if all else fails, you can click on a dirty room and watch an ad to clean all dirty rooms at once.

There isn’t any combination of staff or cleaning upgrades that make the staff clean all the rooms. My first single room is never cleaned.

Same problem. Guys this is a bug you should fix. I have upgraded housekeeping to the max and have hired every person yet they are not doing anything. Even after firing them and hiring them. Please fix it ASAP

Same! I even tried firing all of them and I even upgraded everything to max, but the room will still not be cleaned.
