I have a few questions, why are guest being sent away when there are beds available? In restaurant, why are guests standing in line, they're getting mad and leaving, when there’s plenty of tables? There’s icons above the guest head, what do they mean, and how do you make them happy?
I’m not sure about the first question but I found if this happens it’s because you don’t have enough employees to handle that amount of guests. You need to hire about chef. Sadly though I found once the customers are angry there is no way to stop them from checking out
I was stuck ages on Stanley Resort but realised I had missed updating one of the rooms. Absolutely love this game, hopefully more to come soon.
