Can I change my name in hot wheels infinite loop? I seem to have a generic name set.

Yes you can although you cannot set any name you want. If you tap on the cog / settings icon in the top right and then select the Account tab you will see an option for your player name. You can select from a range of preset combinations that will form your full name. You can also randomise the name setting.
