How to get Imperio spell?

Imperio can be unlocked after you have completed quests from Sebastian Sallow, one of the students from Slytherin that you can be friends with in the game.

Work your way through Sebastian's quests in order unlock the three unforgivable curses; Crucio, Imperio, and Avada Kedavra.

Specifically, Avada Kedavra is unlocked after you complete, 'In the Shadows of Time' from Sebastian's storyline.

At the end of In the Shadows of Time, you'll get the option to learn the Imperius Curse from Sebastian.

Imperio is an extremely powerful spell, and has the effect of putting your enemies under your control.
