How to get Crucio spell?

Crucio can be unlocked after you have completed quests from Sebastian Sallow, one of the students from Slytherin that you can be friends with in the game.

Work your way through Sebastian's quests in order unlock the three unforgivable curses; Crucio, Imperio, and Avada Kedavra.

Specifically, Crucio is unlocked after you complete, 'In the Shadow of the Study' from Sebastian's storyline. To get to this quest and learn Crucio, players must have achieved at least level 16.

At the end of In the Shadow of the Study, you'll get the option to learn the Crucio Curse from Sebastian.

Crucio is an extremely powerful spell, and has the effect of doing damage over time to the enemies that you use it on.
