Why can't I use my "vibrant" and "radiant" strength, agility, and itelligent crystals on the "Ascension Spire"?

You must level up your hero to the appropriate Ascension Level for Vibrant and Radian Crystals to be spent. They cannot be spent at the lower levels like Lvl 1.
