How do you get the green arrows in your game?

I'm assuming that you get it when you reach a certain level. I didn't have it to begin with, but now that I'm on level 2600+, I do. I don't remember when I first got it but I think it was before level 1000

I’m on level 199 and I don’t have it

I had the green arrow around level 5

I got green arrows on the first level

I’m on level 522 and I still don’t Get the Green Arrows

On level 1038 and don't have it :(

I guess only those who bought the no ADS has the green arrows... I'm at level 710 and don't have the no ADS and I don't have the green arrows
