I’m on level 150 ish but in the opening drop it gets stuck in 66. Why is it doing that?

Idk why but this also happened to me too after I restarted my phone and decided to play this game. Then it would be stuck on level 64 and not move. I don’t wanna redownload it because I’m on level 1000 and it would suck to do it again
