Does anyone know how to move progress from one phone to another?

Does anyone know how to move progress from one phone to another? I have tried the sync option with both Gmail and Facebook syncing and nothing has worked. I have been trying for over a week I followed the instructions on the tutorial I have emailed support.... I'm perfectly fine with moving things to a computer and then from the computer to my phone if I have no other choice

tip/trick:- open the link of an image in the NEW WINDOW (*not in new tab), then it automatically open your app with your photo ready for you to claim
