My bonus pictures are disappearing. I claim them, they're in my library, then I go back and they have vanished. If I try to get them again I get the 'uh-oh you have already claimed this bonus' message and they are gone forever. Any ideas on why this is happening, how I can stop it and how I get the bonus pictures back? The developers have been no help.

You must be talking about the “weekend bonus” pictures that come up from time to time. Yes, if you do not finish them in that weekend they will sort of “go back away”, but they don’t really... you WILL see these pictures again. They will come as the new daily pictures or keep scrolling down in your pics you might still find them near the bottom. Trust me it’ll get to the point that all the weekend bonus pics are all daily pics you’ve already seen so they aren’t anything special anymore anyways lol

Nope not talking about Weekend Bonus pics. Talking about normal bonus pics or best pic of the week in different colours. They are definitely gone. I have seeing the coloured pictures turned off so only uncoloured show and they are not there. I have found if I start one then they don't disappear even if its a group (like the weekend ones) as long as I partially start the final one then they all stay.
