Where is artist signature on new fine art painting of black ballerina in silver/gray long tutu in RARE category? Painting is clearly based or IS a fine art original transformed into a RARE drawing/coloring.. Legally Happy Color should be responsibly showing artist attribute with name of painting - if not within the painting, then in a title with it for our own knowledge of this artist's work - gorgeous painting and I fully expect it is a famous one but I could not locate it today. I LOVE many of the RARE famous paintings and others have attributes. Thanks!
