How do I get the Fancy Unicorn?

How do I get the Fancy Unicorn? I have done 2 full years (2018 and 2019) and still no Fancy Unicorn. What is the trick?

Looks like even up until mid 2023 happy color doesn't feel like this is an achievement they wish to address. Also, it says a full year of daily pictures. If it indeed is from January 1 to December 31st, then that's rather unfair to not give those details. I'm probably just going to delete the app because they've also removed several other achievements without bothering to let anyone know. However they still have the achievement listed.
