Are there any downsides to using the extended shift option? (survivors don't sleep 0AM to 6AM. What can happen?

There are downs to extended shifts. Workers get fatigued and take longer to recover their sleep. Productivity goes down once a worker is fatigued significantly (yellow indicator starts showing above them).

If you keep an eye on the workers during extended shift, as soon as the yellow ZZZ appears above them unassigned them and then reassign workers and they will be replaced with new workers who are not assigned to a job. 0 0 REPORT
