My debit card has been stopped in my country, while I have a pending payment, My fishdom stopped working, I can’t pay through my device, is there another way to settle the payment?

As a new player, I was finally winning a lightning round, but I was stopped from playing when the game yet again, wouldn't process my credit card. It froze when I tried to click on "pay". This has happened many times and I am far below my credit card limit, so that isn't the problem. Now I'll lose the rewards that I was earning by winning. Any suggestions as to why this happens?
