How to get my planet worth 10 billion?

This is one of the 3 quests to upgrade your rank at level 16. It's really quite difficult to do and we have heard that a lot of players cannot do this even though they have maxxed out everything and have more than that money in the bank.

This is the level that I am currently at, it will take a while for me to pass it thats for sure as my planet worth is currently only 2 billion!

Then plan for me will be to max out all the research, upgrade as much as possible all of the mines, and upgrade as much as possible without spending money, my astronauts. Using gems to only purchase the best astronauts that I can.
