Level 30, how do you solve the game of switching the red pieces with the blue ones?

Tap a piece and tap on the swirly yellow part it shows up. Tap them until you get the pieces to swap with one another. I used all my hints because I gave up, it is hard.

It is very simple just take one player to a side one at a time and the other to the other side and be moving it but by bit
