I got a new phone so when I went to my game I had to reinstall it, I was on level 71. Is there any way I can retrieve my levels, I had to start all over so now I’m only stuck at level 21 if not I would like to get the answer at least.

This game doesn't have a sync or backup option so with a new device the only thing you could try is to import the game and data from the old one if that is a possibility for you. Some devices may allow you to copy data from one to another when setting them up.
