On teams when someone asks for a white card, how do you know if they really need it of already have one. We are having this discussion on my team. I say if the card you ask for has NEW on the card, it means you don't have it. Can anyone clarify this.?

Card's that say new only appear that way for teammates who have not opened that set. I have 2 accounts, my baby account cards say new in team chat. My bigger account cards do not say new. Same team, same chat.
