I have a joker card but I can't use it until I unlock more sets. I'm on 142 and I can't unlock any..

I don't get joker card even if I win them in tournaments or in the rewards why is that?

Me2 I win the tournament today and I didn’t receive my joker

Im at 187 and have gotten 3 joker cards out of a rewards chest in the last 2 months. It cost me between 70 billion to like 90 billion per village. I cant proceed fast enough to open my next card at 190 to use really just pissing me off at this point so I dont play much anymore. I've contacted coin master and was told it cant be used for anything thats locked traded for spins or gifted to a friend since I cant use it. It gets boring now because it takes so long to complete 1 village and I actually put money into my game not anymore.
