I keep getting kicked out of coin master when I try to send cards to friends and I don’t get to play..

I keep getting kicked out of coin master when I try to send cards to friends and I don’t get to play Viking quest I get kicked out of game too i've tried all the trouble shooting advice and nothing helps help me plz Barry Robertson

I spun at x100 for over ten spins on coun master got a raid and kicked off game lost 1000 spins it happens when they send a new pop up to buy more spins I just paid 50 dollars for the spins I just lost to their tech issue. I’ve reported it to them for three months now. I’ve lost 5000 plus spins to this. Why can’t we speak to a manager to this game.
