When you rebirth what resets and what items do you keep and what do you lose?

A reset means that the map resets, the enemies will get more difficult, but the rewarded XP and gold from encounters will increase.
You will keep:
The Alchemist Lab.
All heroes and their levels.
Fragments.
Potions.
Items.
Gold.
You will lose:
Gold mines, Stone mines, Sawmills and their levels
All your logs and stones.
