Hi all ! My son has accidentally deleted his game and now after we have downloaded it again and going tru the tutorial doesn't let us build anything. Doesn't give us any blocks at all and the white hand keeps pointing all the time. Can you help us solve this issue please?

My son can level up or start the way I starting and level up fast by build what game gives us.it like he is in normal building mode and there is no home page
