I am Level 22 and ready to rage quit this game.

I need to find the civil soldiers diary and have been trying for 3 weeks.

I don’t have any other tasks left to do, haven’t for a long time, just this one and I am getting a bit bored.

Does anyone know where generally I should be looking for it please? I’ve heard Miami and spent days there but nothing.

Seen it in several 2* locations - nothing fixed - looks like a brown book.
