How do you find facts on brass cornet?

Use the Community College building to analyze items and hopefully find out fact for them. If they are found to be genuine you will earn a fact each time.

Everything is easy but I'm stuck on the brass cornet have three k and at least another hundred k in my inventory. All missions are complete but the brass cornet. Can't continue on after being level 21. Gonna delete the game unless someone is nice enough to help me. I played Las Vegas twenty times and there is no cornet
