I'm on leave 20 and it say to spin the wheel of fortune 2 times and the slot 1 time the first time I use 2 gold bars and now it's telling me I have to paid 2.99 How can I get the other second spin for gold or for a free spin?

You can get the second spin for another 2 bars if you wait for the day to reset, sometimes it's only a few hours, sometimes it's literally the next day.
