I'm at level 17, and I need to have the silver and opal earrings, the thing is, I already sold them earlier in the game now I can't find them anywhere, any suggestions to where they might be ?

They seem to be at the intermediate levels. I would say best bet is try Honolulu, Ottawa, Panama City and London.
