How do I open Chapter 2? I have completed chapter 1.

You don't. It's a broken game and not enough users are having this problem so the developer isn't trying to fix it. You'll also find reddit posts asking about this problem but Xp Hero developer isn't responding.

Have to be lvl 100 and kill baal 0 2 REPORT
