Why am I always paired with players that get no kills at all?

Why am I always paired with players that get no kills at all? I have a winning percentage only because I get 11 or 12 kills! And why do I lose more trophy’s with a loss than I get with a win? 1 step forward on a win to 12 steps back with a loss. Winning percentage has no effect, you’d think they want me to quit playing the game.
