Hints and Tips for Warhammer: Chaos & Conquest
Set in the Warhammer Fantasy universe, Warhammer: Chaos & Conquest is real time massively multiplayer strategy game where players compete for resources and battle for control of the Old World.
Here are our top hints and tips to make the most of your game time in Warhammer: Chaos & Conquest:
Complete Daily Challenges
There are nine daily trials to complete and it should be a goal to finish as many as you can. The largest reward unlocks once at six of them are completed, so try to make sure you do at least that many each day.
Complete Chapter Quests
The game also has chapter challenges which will gift you with huge rewards on completion. Keep an eye on these and what you need to do to tick them off and grab the rewards.
Join an Alliance
Make this the first priority when you start playing the game. If you find a good alliance with active members then it will offer you protection overall from the likely random attacks and give you asists on your buildings. An usefull added bonus is that you will get a rare “Warlord” which can really increase your battle power much faster.
Always Be Building
The best way to increase power is to keep moving forward with your base development. Try to be efficient with the task and upgrades to always have something in progress. You will need to keep moving forward to keep up.
Research Skills to Increase Speeds
Some good skill so to work on researching include:
Harsh Task Master - increased training speed
Arcane Knowledge - increased research speed
Construction I - increased construction speed
Rituals I - increased research speed
Speeding up your development will let you move ahead of other players and build your power.
Chose the Right Warlord
When setting up for a task pay attention to the skill set of the warlords that you have available. Each will be tailored to certain activities. For example Dragon Ogre Shaggoth is best suited to gathering resources (Bonuses to march load), but not for battle. Chaos Sorcerer, for example, is more suited to battle as it gives bonuses to ranged attacks and morale.
Focus on One Chaos God
In Warhammer: Chaos & Conquest, there are units, buildings, and equipment dedicated to each of the Chaos Gods and developing those to max out the effects of one God will have good benefits in the long run.
