How do I increase my children’s earnings? Possibly into the tens of thousands.

A number of things increase the heirs earning, the level of the mother/other parent so keep an eye on the banner to upgrade them, the higher you progress the higher the earnings, the option you choose for the type of schooling your heir will receive and also the amount of earnings you marry them to. Existing adult heirs will not increase earnings, if any of this makes sense.
