Binding your account

Binding your account is necessary to recover your account in case the application is uninstalled from your device or when you're changing devices. This is actually recommended to ensure that you'll be able to recover your account and keep your progress safe.

To bind an account, you need to register a Bandai Namco ID first. It will be easier to do this on a PC so you can set up your BNID beforehand. To do this, follow this link.

Next, you have to fill the necessary information. Now this is very important. In the "Country/Region of Residence", select Asia then Japan.

If you're a new player, you'll get a prompt at the start of the game. Selecting the pink button will bring up the Bandai Namco site where you need to log in. If you have created your BNID beforehand, just log in using the email address and password you used earlier. If you created your BNID on the English version of the site, it will still work even in JP.

Once successful, you'll see a similar screen below. You successfully bound your account!

If you didn't get the account binding prompt or you're playing for a while now without binding your account, select the Options screen and select the "Data Migration" button. From select okay in the confirmation pop-up and you'll be taken to the Bandai Namco ID login screen. Just log in there using the credentials you created earlier.
