When I go to the ship. I need 200 Boxen and one Monitor. Where can I find the one monitor?

When I go to the ship. I need 200 Boxen and one Monitor. Where can I find the one monitor? I'm stuck in game and can't go by ship because of the missing Monitor. My lvl is 76 right now
