No you can't....cause the conquer option is not available

The conquer option is not available till after your space station is built up and Wenchler is creating new ship designs for you available at your space station. To get to that point begins with Deox story line and then later landing on the planet in the Kanshun system with over 1mil credits on hand... maybe 1.3mil, I don't know the tipping point just that is what I did and had. Wenchler will finally take you seriously and you can purchase from him 1 space station to be built in an empty(no planet) system. 1 0 REPORT
