The much anticipated launch of Soul Knight Prequel has been beset with a few problems and many players have reported errors such as 'Error code 6, config error. Please try restarting the game'.

'Error code 6, config error. Please try restarting the game' seems to be the most popular error reported currently. Reading through the reviews in both the Play Store many players have left 1 star ratings citing this error or other bugs as the reason.
While generally players seem to hope that the developers can fix this issue, it remains to be seen if it has been resolved yet or not.
Searching through the latest reviews, it seems that at this point in time the 1 star reviews are still coming in with complaints that this bug is making the game unplayable currently.
We also took a look at reports over on Reddit where we fount this response from Chillyroom, the developers of the game.
Basically, they say that it is a server error and they are working hard to fix it, and giving a compensation package to players to try to make up for the problems.
So there is nothing you can do at the moment except stay tuned for updates from Chillyrooms and announcements within the game itself and we'll keep our fingers crossed that they will resolve the server error soon.
From what we've seen of Soul Knight Prequel, it looks like a promising game and we look forward to giving it some more attention once the server errors are fixed and the game is running normally.
When will Soul Knight Prequel Error 6 be Fixed?
There is no answer to this as yet, but after some digging on Reddit, I found this post with the following answers.
- Soul Knight Prequel is having severe server issues, and Chillyroom is actively working to solve them all.
- We don't know for sure when the servers will be back up. Could take them days to solve it all-though, they have made some progress and identified the issue.
