I am stuck there too. I have 450,000 gems and have purchased all the city things possible. It will not let me build in the second spot.

Yup. That’s what happens because it has not come out with the new update, and the second part is part of that new update. 3 1 REPORT

Same here, I’m on level 511 and says 285 out of 1000 but doesn’t go up. Fully built sand city and just says “coming soon” when you scroll to the right. I have 464256 gems and not able to do anything with them.
