My account is gone. But a new player name appears but without all my designs and scores. Administration isn’t helping. Can I log out of this game to restore my actual account?

If so how.

Also would need to get rid of the other account. Showing zero playing.

VAMDesign is my player name so I tried logging in and it said name already taken.

I’ve rebooted several times it just happened over night. No idea. I play every challenge and real money. So very upset, disappointed is an understatement.
