How do you raise the angle of the cue?

Click on the white cue ball in the upper right hand corner.

A window will open which depicts a cue ball with a red spot in the miccle.

Towards the bottom of that window you will see a blue square.

Click and drag the dark line that is in the blue square.

The higher you put it, the more angle on your cue stick.
