Why has the developers never unlocked the islands marked as coming soon, it’s been a year and a half..

Why has the developers never unlocked the islands marked as coming soon, it’s been a year and a half since my son started playing the game and still cannot go to them. He also cannot find the key cards to get in any of the bunkers. There is no sugar cane. He updates the app and it does nothing, other than start you over from scratch. Can’t any body give me and answer that makes sense and works ?

I believe you have to make something and then you can go to them I believe it is somewhere in levels 20-30

The sugar can is found on the island where the crashed plane is... walk to the right towards the plane. You will then see to the left of the plane, some boards propped up against the cliff. You will use these boards to go up and over the cliff, where you enter into an alcove. This is where you will see the sugar cane, by the water’s edge, along with a lock pick chest, a fern, and several trees.

I'm lvl 85 and still no access to the islands , also I can't produce any nails or anything from that workshop . When I try the games crashes . I travel around the islands and when my bags are full I try to return home and again it will crash or take atleast 3 mins before I can get off the island I'm on and this happens all over .
