Only way I've found is a bug. Attack a crab, Kite it onto the raised platform next to the dumpster and wait for it to walk underneath your feet, Balance on it and work your way up the side of the building. You will drop in just before the opening about 3/4 of the way up.

Very simple. Just climbed onto the science camp roof you will see a broken patch and jump in it which is how u go in. Do note that after u go in, its hard to out and there is nothing in there basically. No loot, no money. You can climb just by keep on jumping on the sides of the science camp wall.
