Where can I find the NAP 20? What are they?

This would normally refer to an agreement between the top 20 alliances in the state. Although you might want to check with your alliance leaders to be sure.
To see the top alliances Tap on the More button (bottom right) and then on 'Rank'.
Look for the Alliance might rank for the strongest alliances
