What is the Best number of the different buildings? How many farms, gold mines, moon wells, recruiting centers, infirmary, number camps and Iron mines? I need to remove one to build one more gold mine..

This will change as you level up and your resource need change. Check if you always have plenty of 1 type of resource, so you can drop a building from that. Or if you don't get into much combat then you might not need many infirmaries.
