I play this game and already upgrade to 20 castle, there sometime an option to create new kingdom and I try to build one, suddenly my progress is gone and I have to restart from lv 1 .. This is made me upset, can I get my whole progress back?
It is possible in the game to start a new character in each state that is created. Possibly this is what you have done. If you go to the Settings menu and click on 'Manage char.' it should show you all of the games that you have set up and hopefully let you switch back to the previous one.
If this is not what has happened then please use the Help > Contact Us option to contact the game support and ask them to help you locate the missing game profile.
