How do you turn in 10 hero fragments to evolve the hero?

Tap on Heroes, tap the hero you want to evolve, Go to the evolve tab. You should see a heroe perfect frag on the bottom right. Tap on it and slide the cursor to select the number of perfect frags you want to use.
