How can I immigrate to a new state? My alliance won’t stock tickets there are none in the diamond store, what can I do...and dont say ask the leader...

Quit that alliance and join another. YES you can quit. Go to alliance> opperations > quit
Join another alliance that will stock up.
Tap on the bottom right corner the cross with MORE
tap on rank
in the bottom tap VIEW in Alliance Might Rank
Tap the top alliance read their requirements if you meet them (might) tap on apply now.
If you don't go back and see another one.
