Similar situation. I contacted support and they replied with some packaged pre prepared response, " trying to make gumball, and boosters more accessible for the novice users..... yada yada yada." Gum ball spins now cost 500 coins. I replied "fair enough" but if you are going to switch it up to "pay for" spins. Then they should have added 500 x number of tickets users held and had to bank. However they did not and basically stole from any user with a ticket.

Same here! I had over 1,300 gum ball tickets and they all disappeared! The only prizes I get for completing anything is coins. Definitely took the fun out of the game!

I had accumulated over 1,400 gum ball tickets myself. Once they took them away all you get is coins. Game is definitely not fun anymore. I don’t even try to finish my weekly game anymore. Just about ready to find a new game to play.
