I switched the environment to Summer Pass, which has the parking lot covered in water. This makes the Progressive parking spaces fade out, and they are not so annoying.

I asked this question of popcore the creator of parking jam. They acknowledged receiving the question but have not answered it a week later.

OMG! This Progressive advertisement is so F-ing annoying and distracting I don’t want to play. I can either be level 1,891 on my phone or level 32 on my iPad (since you can’t dual log which is a whole bother stupid issue!!!).
This sh*t is ridiculous!
I’m in I.T. and want to know who thought this was a good idea?

I agree completely! I that is one reason why I usually do Not do updates unless I’m forced to. I hardly play this game now it is so incredibly annoying and obstructs the view! Don’t they care about the players? Sure doesn’t seem like it now.

I was on level 40780. My husband is elated that the progressive crap got me to stop playing.
