Stuck on level 12363, with new updates in the dailies/weeklies section, how do you unlock the skins under weeklies?

Skins are under the “paint brush” , and then on the icon that looks like an image

thanks for your response, I have all the skins that are available, under that icon, there are three new ones at the bottom that I can earn thru weeklies... but I cannot access/earn those new level ones in the TASKS, Dailies and Weeklies "unlock skins" 0 0 REPORT
